Kristin made any and all reservations and changes when needed, helped me plan our days and know what to expect, was realistic with me about options and costs and even helped manage our Lightning Lanes when the app malfunctioned in the parks (I cannot thank her enough for this because trying to manage two family’s needs, technological difficulties and the pace of the parks was starting to drag me down that day and she swooped in and save the day and my joy <3 ).

Jessica has helped plan and organize several trips for our family consisting of children under age 10 and grandparents. She has helped us navigate Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Beaches and Sandals Resorts. “You don’t know what you don’t know” and Jessica has tons of tips, tricks and knowledge that will enhance your trip. She will be in contact with you during your entire trip to check in and provide support if necessary.

Coleen was so helpful in planning our Disney trip! She recommended a great hotel that was convenient for getting to the parks and even requested the best part of the hotel for us which lessened our walking to get to the skyliner or bus- which was especially helpful after a long day at the parks! Coleen made great recommendations for restaurants and attractions and helped us map out our days to maximize our time at the parks. We greatly appreciated how smoothly our trip ran thanks to all of Coleen’s efforts! She is a true magical wonder!
