Hello, my name is Chelsey and I live in Boyertown, PA with my son Gavin. I’m a huge Disney girl, so much that I had to be a cast member while in college. Needless to say, I have been to the parks more times than I can count. Although my favorite was being able to share that experience with my son.

Coleen was so helpful in planning our Disney trip! She recommended a great hotel that was convenient for getting to the parks and even requested the best part of the hotel for us which lessened our walking to get to the skyliner or bus- which was especially helpful after a long day at the parks! Our agent booked our epic family vacation and handled our family’s exceptions well. Traveling with a disabled member of the family can be challenging and Ann took care of the exceptions with ease, which allowed us to focus on our family. She was available anytime to answer our numerous, random, questions and if she didn’t know the answer off hand, she would find it out for us. I loved rope dropping MK to get in line for the mine train! The girls and I even ran over to Dumbo while Shannon waited in that line! To get to experience everything with my girls for the first time was the most magical part of this trip! I can’t wait to book our next trip in a few years!
