I “caught the travel bug” even before I finished high school. Traveling the world for years gave me a great desire to share my knowledge and experience to make vacation planning easier and more enjoyable for others. In time, I developed a strong affinity for Disney destinations. Soon it became clear that specializing in and focusing on travel to Disney destinations only was the direction for my future. Along with John’s love of Disney and passion for research, we make a great team of knowledge and experience.
My travels have taken me to the Walt Disney World ® Resort many times, Disneyland ® Resort, and 10 Disney Cruises to the Caribbean, Mexican Riviera & Alaska. Most exciting was our first, and certainly not last, Adventures by Disney ® experience to Costa Rica. This luxury vacation product is not to be missed by travelers who appreciate Disney’s outstanding customer service but want to travel to other destinations. I tell people that anything they need to know about a vacation to a Disney destination is in my head and I’m happy to share my knowledge to create just the right vacation for each family.
I’ve continued my education beyond the College of Disney Knowledge training to include the prestigious Disney Institute courses used by Fortune 500 companies around the world. I’ve completed their Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence series that includes Disney’s Approach to Employee Engagement, Disney’s Approach to Quality Service & Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence. These courses have made a significant difference in leading our extraordinary professional group of agents at Magical Wonders Vacations.
